Set up/KAZE 7

Let's get it running.
We've already tensioned and lubricated the belt and run your KAZE 7 by hand before it was packed. It arrives 90% assembled, and here's the rest.
Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST. Whoever picks up knows the KAZE 7.
Just six steps to assemble yours.
The 2 tools you need are in the box, and it's easier with two people. The printed manual has every step in full.
Five things worth doing in order.
- 01
Open it where it's going to live
The carton is heavy and the weight sits at one end. Move it to the room while it is still boxed, then open it. Two people for the lift.
- 02
Keep the carton
Flatten it and store it somewhere out of the way. If you send the treadmill back under the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee, it has to travel in its original carton.
- 03
Check the parts first
Lay out the fixings and count them against the manual before you start. Something missing, or a damaged thread? Call us then, before the first bolt goes in.
- 04
Plug it straight into the wall
Use a standard 10 amp wall socket, not an extension lead or a power board. A treadmill motor draws a lot at start-up, and an undersized lead is the most common reason one cuts out.
- 05
Walk before you run
Spend 10 minutes at walking pace first. It lets the belt settle, and you'll learn what it sounds like when everything's right.
Ready to go out of the box.
The touchscreen runs everything on its own: quick start, programs and your live numbers, with nothing to download or sign up for. Cast your phone to watch your own apps, and pair Kinomap over Bluetooth to have the incline follow the route.
Pairing steps are in the manual. Lost yours? Call us and we'll email you a copy.
None of these is a fault.
Every new treadmill needs them, ours included.
The belt drifts to one side
That's tracking, and new belts almost always need it once in the first fortnight as they bed in. The manual shows which bolt to turn and which way. Quarter turns, then walk on it and look again.
The belt slips under your foot
That's tension. Tighten it evenly on both sides, a little at a time. Too tight is worse than too loose, because it loads the rollers.
Something rattles
Usually a bolt that never came fully tight. Go back over the fixings the manual points out and check them by hand after the first week.
