The range

Three machines. The same frame warranty on all of them.

What separates them is belt, top speed and screen. What doesn't: how they're built, how long they're covered, or how long you've got to change your mind.

Walking and light jogging

ON:PACE SOYO 5

The compact platform. A walking machine that folds out of the way.

Built for walking, and for jogging when you feel like it. We'd rather say that plainly than sell you a running machine you send back a month later. The belt is 115 × 42 cm — the compact tier. Fine for incline walking every day, fine for a jog, not enough to run on for an hour.

It's the only LED console in the range. No touchscreen, nothing to log into. You set a speed, set an incline, and it runs. For a lot of people that's the whole machine. What we didn't spend on a screen went into the same frame and the same warranty as the other two.

Not for sustained running, or strides longer than a 42 cm belt allows.

Daily running

ON:PACE KAZE 5

The full-size platform. The machine most people should buy.

A 130 × 48 cm belt and a 15-inch touchscreen. It's the middle of the range and the one we expect most people to land on. Wide enough to run on properly. Small enough to fold into a spare room.

The screen runs the machine on its own — quick start, programs, targets, live data. Nothing to download, nothing to subscribe to. When you want more, it'll show what's already on your phone, and it'll take control from a training app over Bluetooth. A hill in the app becomes a real incline change under your feet.

Not for sprint intervals above 16 km/h.

Serious training

ON:PACE KAZE 7

The flagship. The largest belt and the largest screen we make.

A 140 × 52 cm belt. Width matters more than length once you're tired, because that's when a stride starts to wander. Those extra centimetres are the difference between watching your feet and forgetting they're there.

The 21-inch screen works the way the KAZE 5's does, only bigger. Complete on its own, happy to show what's on your phone, and able to hand speed and incline to a training app. The frame carries the same ten years as the SOYO 5. It's the flagship for the belt and the screen, not for a badge.

Not for sprint intervals above 18 km/h, and commercial or multi-user sites.

An em dash is a figure we have not published yet. Rated power input comes off the compliance plate on a production machine, and maximum user weight from the EN ISO 20957 test report — we would rather leave the row empty than fill it from a catalogue.
