Can I buy directly from ON:PACE?
No. Cardio Online Superstore holds the stock, takes the order and delivers it. This site is for choosing the right treadmill and knowing what happens after you buy.
Why are there no prices here?
Because Cardio Online holds the live price, the stock and the delivery cost to your postcode. A price in two places means one goes out of date, so it lives in one place.
Is ON:PACE sold anywhere else?
Not at the moment. Cardio Online Superstore is our only retail partner, and they deliver anywhere in Australia.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
Us, on 1800 950 743. Cardio Online handles anything about the order itself, like the invoice or the delivery date. Anything to do with the treadmill, including the warranty, comes straight to us.
Can I try one before I buy?
You can try one at home, which is better. That's why the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee runs for 100 days, not a fortnight. Put it in your own room, use it through a few weeks of real life, and if it's not for you, we collect it and pay the return freight.

Can I use one in a gym or a shared building?
Not yet. Every ON:PACE is warranted for use in a private home, so none of them suits a gym floor, a hire fleet or a shared residents' gym. Call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
