What sits where
Cardio Online Superstore handles the order — live pricing, stock, delivery timing, the invoice, anything that changes before it arrives. They deliver Australia-wide.
They're also where ON:PACE came from. The brand was started by the people who run the shop, and that buys it no favours on their site. It sits next to every brand we compete with, same page, same spec table.
ON:PACE handles the machine — the ten-year frame warranty, parts, and any fault. You come straight to us and we assess it here. Going back through the shop is often quicker in the first few weeks, but you never have to.

Two things worth checking first. The folded footprint against the room it'll live in, and the belt width against how you really train. Those decide it more often than price does.

No. getonpace.com.au shows the range and explains how the machines are built and backed — there is no cart here on purpose. Cardio Online Superstore holds the stock, takes the order and delivers it.
Why are there no prices on this site?
Because Cardio Online Superstore holds live pricing, stock and delivery for your postcode, and two published prices means one of them is out of date — usually the one you read first. One price, in one place, is the honest version.
Who is behind ON:PACE?
ON:PACE was started by the people who run Cardio Online Superstore, which has sold exercise equipment in Australia since 2019. Years of selling every brand in the category, and taking the phone calls afterwards, is where the machines came from.
Who delivers it, and who do I call if something goes wrong?
Cardio Online Superstore delivers, Australia-wide, and handles anything to do with the order itself. A fault, a part or a warranty claim comes to us on 1800 950 743 — you never have to go back through the shop to reach us, although in the first few weeks it is often quicker.
Is ON:PACE sold anywhere else?
Not at the moment. One stockist, Australia-wide. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Where are the machines made?
They are manufactured to our specification by a third-party factory in China, which is how almost every treadmill in this price range is made. We selected the platforms and specified them; we did not engineer them. The warranty is Australian and handled here: you contact us, claims are assessed here, and parts ship from here.
Can I see one before I buy?
Not yet — there is no showroom. That is the reason the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee runs for 100 days rather than a fortnight: you get to try it in your own room, for long enough to know, and send it back at our expense if it is wrong.
Trade, gyms and multi-unit
These three are warranted for use in a private home, so they're the wrong fit for a gym floor or a hire fleet. A light-commercial model is planned. If that's what you're after, call us and we'll tell you where it's up to rather than sell you one of these.
