Show us how it went.

The unboxing, the assembly, your first run on it, or ten seconds of what you actually think. If we love it we’ll feature it on our socials, and we’ll send you a mystery gift for the trouble either way.

How to send it

Two ways, both easy.

Video files are large. If it’ll not attach to an email, put it in a Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link and send us that instead — we aren’t fussy.

  1. Email it

support@getonpace.com.au — with your first name and which machine you’ve.

    Mailbox goes live before launch.

  2. Tag us on Instagram

@onpaceau — post it and tag us, or send it as a message. Either works.

What makes a good one

Nothing produced. A phone, held still, in the room the machine actually lives in. The useful ones are almost always the honest ones — including the bit where a step took longer than you expected.

  • The carton opening, and what is in it.
  • The assembly, or just the part that was fiddliest.
  • The first walk or run on it, and what it sounds like.
  • Ten seconds to camera on what you think a fortnight in.

Two things before you film

Safety key attached, every time there’s someone on the machine. We can’t use footage without it, and we’d rather say that now than turn something down later.

Nobody else in the frame who has not agreed to be. Kids and pets need to be off the machine and clear of the back of it — that’s the one thing we decline on regardless of how good the rest is.

What happens to it

It stays yours. Sending it to us isn’t a licence, and we’ll not post it anywhere until we’ve asked you and you’ve said yes — to the specific thing, on the specific channel.

If we later want to use it in an ad rather than an organic post, we’ll come back and ask again. An organic yes isn’t a paid yes, and we’ll not treat it as one.

We’ll not recut it into something you didn’t say, add a star rating over it, or colour it to match our palette. If we use it, it goes out looking like the thing you filmed.

The mystery gift is for the video and has nothing to do with a review. If you also want to leave us a review, that’s a separate thing and it’s not paid for in either direction — good or bad, we’d rather have the real one.
