Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser reported, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them to build a profile of anyone, and we don't combine them with any other information.
If you contact us
When you call or email, we keep what you send for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any warranty claim or return that follows. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
If you buy a treadmill
Orders are taken by Cardio Online Superstore, not by this site, and their privacy policy covers your order. We receive only what we need to handle a warranty claim.
Your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email support@getonpace.com.au or call 1800 950 743. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy question, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects information, like an enquiry form, a newsletter or analytics, this page will be updated at the same time.
