What this site collects.

This is a static brochure site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no social or advertising pixels, and has no forms. Visiting it does not create a record we hold.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs — IP address, time, the page requested and the browser reported — for security and to keep the site up. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone and we do not combine them with any other information.

If you contact us

When you call or email, we keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to handle any warranty or return that follows. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us about a machine.

If you buy a machine

Orders are taken by Cardio Online Superstore, not by this site, and their privacy policy covers the order. We receive only what we need to handle a warranty claim.

Your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@getonpace.com.au or call 1800 950 743. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy question you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If we add anything to this site that collects information — an enquiry form, a newsletter, analytics — this page is updated at the same time.
